Yes it will : As it is done for a diseases process , it should cover, is a brief procedure 1 hr or so , may need pain medication for few days.

See below: Depending on your insurance this is probably a covered procedure. The actual operation takes about 45 minutes, and is treated post-operatively by minimal pain medications.
