BV? Yeast? Trich?: If u r w/o risks for stds most likely cause would be yeast (thick, white curd-like, no odor). There r otc medications for that i'm sure u r aware. Or bacterial vaginosis is possible & it's characterized by a thin yellow or grey odorous discharge. 1/3 time it resolves w/o treatment. But treatment requires prescription. Gonorrhea, chlamydia & trichomonas & non-infectious causes also possible.

I'd advice a pelvic : Exam and a vaginal culture to confirm diagnosis . Call different clinics in your area and compare dr's fees. Do vaginal douching every 2 weeks in the meantime.Hope u feel better !

White discharge: If you have white discharge that changes in amount and consistency and there is no itching, burning, pain, odor or redness - this could be leukorrhea. Leukorrhea is a normal vaginal secretion. However, if symptomatic, please get it checked.
