Maybe not pregnant: Quite common for women of child bearing age to have a missed period, especially if you have missed a period in the past. However, drugstore pregnancy tests are not 100% reliable. Thus check again in another 9-10 days. Your doctor can arrange for a more reliable test if you remain concerned.
