Gain weight: Eat a healthy diet and observe regular exercise. Working out doing weights and aerobics (cardio) will bulk up your muscles and you'll eventually get buffed. There's no need for protein drinks. Just eat eggs, chicken, fish, beans, vegetables and fruits and drink fat-free milk. You can also consider the mediterranean diet.
