I was thinking deeply that maybe kawasaki disease came fr chickens disease..coz we went at "chickens trade fair".before my son got his kawasaki..

No: Kawasaki disease is not associated with chickens, or animals of any kind.

Not likely: Kawasaki disease is thought likely to be post-infectious, but the actual cause has not been proven. It has certainly never been associated with animal exposures and has occurred in areas far removed from chickens. In any event, i hope that your son is doing well. The good news is that the great majority of children with kawasaki disease do well with no significant lasting effects when appropriate.
