Why would i feel as if the blood is rushing to my head when i'm not upside down? it happens while bending over slightly, laying on my back, etc

Low Blood Pressure?: Generally, this indicates a problem with the body's ability to maintain it's blood pressure creating rapid changes from low to high or high to low blood pressure. When our body senses a drop in blood pressure (real or not) it will send blood rushing to the head since the brain requires more blood than any other part to live. Some medications can cause this also. See your md if you have not already.
