A member asked:

Is it possible to have a protein supplement with very low to no tryptophan in it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Doesn't matter: Since there's no need to take protein supplements unless you have endstage renal or hepatic disease or cancer. Otherwise, you're wasting your money and the "protein" gets broken down into calories anyway. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or the internet. Eat a healthy diet instead and you don't need extra anything.
