A few: Prometrium (micronized progesterone) may make some individuals very dizzy and very tired. I normally have my patients take the Prometrium (micronized progesterone) right before bedtime on an empty stomach. If this does not improve the side effects then consider taking the Prometrium (micronized progesterone) vaginally.
