B6: Certainly possible, but not common. Fatigue, a frequent symptom of many disorders, is a symptom of b6 deficiency. Other signs include cheilosis (sores or cracks at the corners of the mouth), glossitis (swollen red tongue) and stomatitis (inflammation of the mouth, oral ulcers). Also depression, cognitive dysfunction, and anemia are signs.
