Sciatica: Sounds like you may have a nerve impingement in your lumbar spine region. Anti-inflammatories, stretching your hamstrings and lower back may alleviate your symptoms. Decrease impact activity too. If this doesn't help, or symptoms worsen, see an orthopedist or spine/pain management specialist. You might need an epidural.
