I have a radiating pain combined with numbness/tingling from hip to ankle caused by exercise. will this improve or do i need medical atttention?

Sciatica: Sounds like you may have a nerve impingement in your lumbar spine region. Anti-inflammatories, stretching your hamstrings and lower back may alleviate your symptoms. Decrease impact activity too. If this doesn't help, or symptoms worsen, see an orthopedist or spine/pain management specialist. You might need an epidural.

Evaluation Needed: After a proper history, physical exam and any necessary imaging (x-ray/mri) is obtained and reviewed a sufficient diagnosis can be made. Treatment may include but is not limited to ice, heat, massage, nsaid's, physical therapy, chiropractic, orthopedist, and pain management.
