You Shouldn't!: You have chronic conditions that require long-term care. Hospitals only really treat acute problems well. In addition, there are a number of complications that can occur while hospitalized that can be life-threatening. Find a pain specialist and a primary md that can address your specific issues. You may have to try several before you find a good combination. Your pain can be treated.

Stay out of hospital: Ank spondy is an unusual diagnosis in a female. Have you seen a rheumatologist? If not, see one. Hospitalization has no place in the evaluation or treatment of your problems.
