No: That's not a symptom of diabetes. At your age, it you had diabetes, your body would be telling you so with more obvious symptoms like frequent urination and thirst. Your doctor can answer your questions from your lab results.

Probably no relation: The fact that you have darker scars does not indicate diabetes.
