31 is not old: Schizophrenia i s not likely to develop late in life, but similar symptoms can. Hard drugs take a big toll on the whole person including the mind. Having other emotional disorders would make it all seem worse. The doctors treating the mood disorders can help with thought problems too. With so many years ahead of you, seek help to make them as good as they can be. Congrats on being clean! good 4u.
