I believe you are asking whether these diagnoses might be incorrect. This sounds complex, and it is sensible for you to raise the question. I can say it is not impossible for these diagnoses to be correct -- they may be -- but you may wish to get a second opinion. I would also add that sometimes one can get hung up on labels and classification, when the real issues can be overlooked.
