Unlikely: Many cells in your body go through a process called programed cell death (apoptosis), including sperm, blood cells, etc.). This is based on their life span. The cells simply break down. The amount of radiation in 2 chest xrays is less than the amount of radiation you receive from environment every year, and not enough to cause any damage.
