This is important : You are describing signs of pregnancy induced hypertension which is also called preeclampsia. In the early stages bed rest is recommended. In more severe cases delivery is needed. This is very important and warrants immediate evaluation. Please call your doctor!

Swelling: At this tate the swelling is quite common. Keep an eye on your blood pressure and elevate feet above heart.
