Select a product that contains billions vs millions of viable bacteria per gram. 3 With exception of Greek or Bulgarian Yogurt & specialized probiotic yogurts - most yogurt has mostly dead cultures. Stomach acid will kill a high % of probiotic bacteria. Thus a a timed released formulation may be most beneficial.
