Diagnosis?: Is he a young adult w/developmental or psychiatric diagnoses, or just "doesn't want to grow up?" drug use may play a role here, so be sure he is checked for substance use. Assuming he's been properly evaluated medically & psychologically, he can maintain his "boyhood" only if you allow him.If you don't hold him accountable for actions, he will continue to manipulate you. Give ultimatum: work or go.
