Different: It depends on the symptoms and severity of those. If you experience bleeding from internal hemorrhoids, stool regulation, namely, prevention and treatment of constipation is paramount. Fiber supplement have been shown to reduce the rate of bleeding by ~75%. I like to use steroid preps such as anusol-hc or procofoam. If the above fail, i refer to surgery.

Many: First is diet and fluids, stop reading on toilet, excercise regularly to avoid constipation, correct constipation and or diarrhea. Most hemorrhoids reolve with above. After that is toopical meds, rubber band ligation of internal hemorrhoids, and various forms of hemorrhoidal surgical removal. 95 % of hemorrhoid issues are best treated with diet and fluids.
