I had my appendix removed 6 days ago and i felt fine recovery was going good . today i feel sick and dizzy should i be worried ?

Could be: Symptoms from narcotic pain medication or antibiotics, if you are taking those. Not an allergic reaction, just a possible side effect. Stop pain pills and eat small light foods or soup. Do not stop antibiotics, if you are still on them, unless alright with your doctor. Call your doctor if no improvement.
