I'm 51, menopausal (no period), and intercourse has become painful. lubrication doesn't help. i've been examined by my doc. what to do?

Estrogen?: Hormones like Premarin (conjugated estrogens) gel may help to rejuvenate your lower genital tract. However, your extra lubrication would certainly be a good idea, and if you have not tried a different one, do so. And, you should be liberal with it.
