Stomach pain in 92 y: It may be delayed emptying or gasroparesis , , or gasteritis or peptic ulcer disease, use samll portions , ppi like Omeprazole etc.. If no releive in 3 MS needs endocopy to be sure no neoplasm, also needs lab for amylase lipase and assess pancrease (pancrelipase) also gb.
