Pain?: Pain, foreign body sensation (like sand in the eye), pain with light, flashes or floaters or decrease in vision - then you need to go to an eye md. It's probably a subconjunctival hemorrhage. A superficial hemorrhage on the "skin" (conjunctiva) covering the eye ball.
