Unclear?: Vision loss can range from the need for glasses to blinding disease. Visit an ophthalmologist asap for a definitive diagnosis. Neurology may or may not be indicated, but unless you have a sudden onset of visual field loss, near total blindness, severe pain or a drastic change in vision, the er visit may be wasted. Consider a toxic effect of the ibuprofen.
