Methylphenidate pro-: Ducts (mph) are not found in urine drug screens, unlike mixed amphetamine salts in Adderall (xr) & vyvanse. Mph blood tests are done in study participants in clinical trials of concerta, Focalin (dexmethylphenidate) (xr), metadate, Ritalin la & quillevant to determine safety & efficacy in kids, teens & adults re: onsets of action, peak concentrations & durations of action. Watch your son swallow his meds.

See below: Methyl phenidine is a different chemical from amphetamine and may not show in an instant test. Make sure it is being looked for on the confirmatory test before getting upset.
