No: Drug screens seek drugs of abuse, and false positives are rare because the law requires a positive to be confirmed by another test with a difficult chemical principle. And if the drug is prescribed, i would hope there would be no problem.

Nope: Rita;lin or methylphenidate is not an amphetamine so there would be no reaction to that test.

Not likely: Usually methylphenidate will only show up if specifically tested for. Since it isn't an amphetamine, it will not trigger that test. Some rehabs look for it as do some employers. If you take any controlled substance under a doctor's prescription, you should have documentation from that doctor so that you won't be penalized.
