Can you feel your colon when you push down on your lower abdomen?

Probably not...: Your colon is essentially a thin walled hollow muscular tube. When the colon is full of stool and if you are thin, you might be able to feel it with gentle deep palpation in the left lower quadrant. Generally its even difficult for doctors to palpate the colon on exam. Good luck!
