Do i have a higher risk for miscarriage with lupus (sle) and being rh- . last misscarige i got the rh shot same day i had bleeding and it didn't work?

Yes: You do with lupus but not with being rh negative. The only time you do with bein rh negative is if you have beed sensitized due to isomimunization.

Aps can cause pregnancy-related problems, such as multiple miscarriages, a miscarriage late in pregnancy, or a premature birth due to eclampsia. Aps also will increase your risk for blood clots.
