Yes: You do with lupus but not with being rh negative. The only time you do with bein rh negative is if you have beed sensitized due to isomimunization.

Miscarriage & lupus: Having a diagnosis of lupus ( sle) and history of misscariage- you should discuss with your doctor about perhaps referring you to see a hematologist to rule out antiphospholipid antibody syndrome ( aps). Aps can cause pregnancy-related problems, such as multiple miscarriages, a miscarriage late in pregnancy, or a premature birth due to eclampsia. Aps also will increase your risk for blood clots.
