I've been having pain in my left arm and down my arm for over a week. it leads to pins and needles in my hand?

The general description raises concern of nerve compression in neck, brachial plexus, or even more distal in arm. A full exam may reveal answer, and a neurologist may be useful. An EMG study looking at these potential locations can specify extent and severity.

Agree with Dr. Machanic. It would be good to consult a neurologist. In the meantime, take multivitamins, in case you are deficient on some. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
