i have spascity in my shoulders besides therapy what else can i do, med wise i have baclofen pump not getting much effect in shoulder only legs.

Serious problem: Spasticity is a serious problem. A baclophen pump can not releave spasticity in your shoulders because shoulder inner action originates too high in the spanal cord to do it safely. You need specific treatment dealing with your case not a general internet answer. Speak to your physicians.
