Viral shedding: Viral shedding with herpes can occur from any open lesion and is not related to how long you have had the virus. There are many herbs that increase immunity which in turn can decrease the frequency of outbreaks. Most men will clearly know if they have an outbreak, but women can have internal outbreaks for which they are not aware.
