Have genital herpes. its my 1st yr & ive had 2 other outbreaks. on birth control (alesse) for 10 years no other stds/ stis before. already had gardasil 4 & now gardasil 9. i tear every time i have sex. is this another outbreak? do i continue meds?

There's not enough information here to answer. Herpes does not make someone "tear" (i.e. a genital injury) from having sex; a physical injury probably is not a herpes outbreak. If you are taking anti-herpes treatment (e.g. acyclovir or valacyclovir) to reduce outbreak frequency, speak with the doctor who prescribed it; but from what you say here, there is no obvious reason to stop taking it.
