B12 is low: This B12 level is low and needs replacement. B12 deficiency can cause numbness, and tingling in arms and legs. Since you only experience these on the left side, you need a proper exam by a neurologist. She may suggest a brain with/out spine MRI for further evaluation. If you do not have dietary deficiency of b12, she may also check for poor B12 absorption. Please see comment for cholesterol.
