I'd: Need to know its size, your symptoms, and if the plan has been surveillance. Issue of cycling fsh/lh and regularity of menses speaks to whether you could get pregnate (have to ovulate). Menstrual cycling ceases during pregnancy; progestational agents maintain pregnancy, and placental hormonses should not lead to hypophyseal tumor growth.

Possible: Hemorrhage in the pituitary is a potential complication and you should be under the care of a doctor if you choose to get pregnant.
