It only takes one...: You need not worry about toilets; but you still must be concerned about partners. Even just one. Like gambling, it only takes one to win (or loose); and you never know when that one time will occur. The more exposures and the more partners you have, the more your risk. But you have some risk even with just one partner, and even with just one exposure. Get tested (both of you); practice safe sex.
