Sometimes, i pee, which of course empties my bladder, then drink 1/2 cup of water, then 30 secs later, i can pee the same amount out, is this normal?

No, it's : Not normal. It could be several things, most likely incomplete emptying due to inflammation form an infection. I would get checked out, a UTI isn't always painful.
