Terribly unsafe: Just because you've had a baby does not insure that you aren't ovulating. Pulling out is the least safe method of birth control. Please do the right thing and get on birth control that works every time not just by being lucky. Talk with your dr's office. They will get you protected right away so you can take the best care of your new baby.
