Borderline: Many tried acid foods like cranberries & eliminated sugars in hopes of counteracting bv’s "alkaline ph" balance in vagina however studies aren't supportive for these foods. There is potential support for food probiotics which require certain strains of lactobacillus: reuterirc-14, rhamnosus gr-1, fermentum rc-14 these are taken by mouth for month. Work best if taken with antibiotics first.
