I feel more hungry , i am not diabetic & my thyroid levels are normal. after i started to take ppi's the hungry reduced. i can't control without ppi's?

Hunger=weightloss: If you are obese and trying to lose weight, you will be hungry. You can lessen hunger by exercise or keeping busy with an activity or hobby. If you snack, you won't be able to lose weight, unless you snack on very low calorie foods such as vegetables, diet jello, etc. Check w/a dietitian.
