Watch diet: Eat less processed foods, dairy, soy, corn, sugars in your diet. And all that cause bloating and gas problems. Ideally, you should have a food allergy panel, and stay away from foods you’re allergic to. It can be expensive, but you only have to do it once per a few years. The elimination diet will help you identify the foods that are causing you problems.
