Low dose aspirin: On certain condition low dose Aspirin can be advise by the ob. An example will be antiphospholipid syndrome. Women with history of clot forming and pregnancy problems and miscarriage. Close follow needed.

Yes: Aspirin is fine in pregnancy. However, if she notices and bleeding she should have an ultrasound and probably stop the Aspirin at that point.
