Pain control: You can try to apply ice, or take an anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen or naproxen. A neoprene sleeve by help with compression as well. If the pain is more down in the calf with swelling, you should seek medical attention immediately to rule out a blood clot. It is also important to follow up with a physician to determine why you are getting baker's cysts.
