I'm 21. i started back walking at least 2.5 miles a day 5 days a week, from a non active lifestyle. now it seems my feet and legs are in pain. why?

Active lifestyle: Congratulations on beginning a new phase of your life! increasing your walking can be impressive. So going from a relatively sedentary lifestyle to active is going to make some of our muscles, tendons, joints, etc sore initially. Sore being the key word, if you are walking and experince pain then you should tone down the activty and rest until you can recover accordingly. Keep up the good work!
