can you have a fever during early pregnancy as early as 2 weeks in the pregnancy?

If you are sick : You can have a fever anytime during pregnancy. It won't be caused by the pregnancy though. It would be caused by whatever is making you sick. Fever is not normal ever during pregnancy.
