Hard to say.: This is certainly consistent with panic attacks, but i would not assume "it's all in your head" without a careful evaluation.

Recently my chest has felt very tight, a mild headache and whenever I yawn I feel light headed. What could be the cause? Also very aware of my heart
For around 4 days, but my left chest, left foot, and left arm have been weak or tight or numb, and sometimes I get lightheaded, and I find myself burping 3-4 times when drinking anything like water. My average heart beat is 110 bpm and it beats hard.
