Generally the clomid (clomiphene): Is used days 5-9 of cycle, ovulation would be expected on day 14. Don't wait until then to have intercourse. Also there is some data to suggest that mucinex, (guaifenesin) for sinuses, can thin the mucus of the cervix that can occur with cloid. It may help. Good luck.
