Can b12&mic help my energy levels?

Do not expect much: B12 can only help energy if you are B12 deficient, a very rare condition unless you are old or have special digestive disease. I am not certain what 'mic' is. Energy comes from a good diet, movement/exercise. Make sure you are also not depressed, a real 'energy killer'.
