Safe, but...: a waste of time. B12 will not increase your energy level. Eat healthy, exercise even if it's a short walk, get plenty of sleep and keep your mind active. Your well-being will gradually improve. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!

Need to know meds: Your best to ask this question to your Pharmacist who has a list of all your other meds as they can search for any possible cross reaction and drug to drug interactions for you. Generally, b-12 is safe with many other meds, but be safe and have the pharmacy do a cross check of all your meds. Best wishes.
