Options: Might repeat it shortly, might wait until not stressed by recent surgery and repeat, might ask you if any risk factors for HIV and test for that as well, or might assume you are on the low side of curve and do nothing. Would recommend 2nd or 3rd option i listed to be on safer side. If surgeon who is seeing you, he/she might not test, since doesn't treat blood issues and have your primary dr check.
