If he has..: ...Had it since before you were together, and if you have been having sex, then chances are very good you have it too and you need to be treated. If you have been having sex and you do not have it (you need to be tested), then he contracted it recently, more recently than the most recent time he had sex with you, which means he has sex with someone else.
